Winter in Yellowstone

February 21-27, 2026

 

Day 1 | Your tour begins with a pre-night hotel in St. Louis before our morning flight to Salt Lake City, UT.

 

Day 2 | We are embarking on a breathtaking journey to Yellowstone National Park, transformed into a serene wonderland of snow-covered landscapes and steaming geysers. A delightful dinner awaits you at our Salt Lake City hotel. (D)

 

Day 3 | You will enjoy a self-guided tour of the Museum of Wildlife Art upon arrival in Jackson, WY.  Stand face to face with life-size sculptures on the outdoor trail and take in vistas of the National Elk Refuge. An exclusive lunch this day is included at Palate, the only restaurant in the Tetons offering spectacular views. Lodging is two nights at the Kelly Inn, West Yellowstone, the closest hotel to the west entrance of the park. Dinner tonight is included at Bullwinkle's Italian Steak House.  (B, L, D)

 

Day 4 | You will experience a famous Yellowstone Snowcoach Tour, one of the only ways to access the park in the winter. You will visit the world's most concentrated geothermal area with your local guide with stops at Madison Junction, Fountain Paint Pot, Fountain Flat Road, Biscuit Basin, and lots of wildlife stops. A box lunch is included this day, as well as time at Old Faithful. (B, L)

 

 

Day 5 | Climb into a horse drawn sleigh, meet your guide, and take a ride into the National Elk Refuge. You'll find yourself in the middle of a western adventure like no other!

You'll also embark on an unforgettable guided tour of the stunning Grand Teton National Park, home to some of the most iconic wildlife in North America. You may encounter bison, wolves, bighorn sheep, elk, and other remarkable species. Bring your binoculars! Tonight, we will enjoy an included BBQ dinner and rest at 49'er Hotel. (B, D)

 

 

Day 6 | Today, enjoy a guided tour of Utah Olympic Park, the 2002 Winter Olympics venue in Park City, UT. Dinner is included at a local restaurant followed by attending the Tabernacle Choir Rehearsal, pending availability (B, D)

 

Day 7 | Today, we depart the Salt Lake City International Airport for our return flight to St. Louis, taking with you incredible memories of breathtaking landscapes, unique wildlife encounters, and the magic of Yellowstone in winter.

 

Your trip includes 10 meals (4 B, 2 L, 4 D), airport transportation, airfare, and all listed activities. Luggage fees are not included in the price of the trip.
