Our Fall Foliage trip is back and better than ever! Join Timi's Tours for this 11-day, 10-night tour that's full of the natural beauty of the east coast. If you've always dreamed of seeing the breathtaking beauty of New England in the fall, now is your chance. We will spend time in West Virginia, Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, New York, and more!

 

 

Day 1 | Departing Illinois, we journey east and spend the evening in the beautiful Hampton Inn in Wheeling, WV, which boasts a state-of-the-art aquatic center!

 

Day 2 | We'll leave West Virginia and journey to Connecticut for the evening.

 

Day 3 | Checking out of our hotel, we will head north and visit Kennebunkport, ME, before arriving at our hotel in Portland, ME. Kennebunkport is a charming New England town with plenty of lovely streets to walk, shops to visit, and restaurants to try! Our lobster dinner tonight is included, with steak as an option in lieu of lobster.

 

Days 4 & 5 | We'll visit the flagship LL Bean store on our way to two evenings in idyllic Bar Harbor, ME! Bar Harbor is one of Timi and Ken's personal favorite spots to visit in the entire world. While in the area, we'll visit Acadia National Park, home to the tallest mountain on the east coast, Cadillac Mountain.

 

Day 6 | We will drive the Kancamagus Road through the White Mountains, stopping along the way at several sites such as waterfalls and covered bridges, before retiring for the evening in New Hampshire.

 

 

Day 7 | Leaving New Hampshire, Vermont is our next stop, and we will stay in Peru for two evenings. We'll visit the Vermont Country Store and the Adams Family Farm. At this family-owned property established in 1865, we'll have fun on a tractor-pulled wagon ride through their property.

 

Day 8 | We'll experience Hildene, a gorgeous mansion that was Robert Todd Lincoln's (Abraham Lincoln's son) summer home. Descendants of the Lincoln family lived here until 1975, and it is an attraction steeped in American history. Also, we will stop at the must-see Sugar Shack where pure Vermont maple syrup is made! Satisfy your sweet tooth with this regional favorite. They are "also home to the Norman Rockwell Exhibition, featuring hundreds of Rockwell's printed works, a 15 minute film, and gift shop...!" Also, a stop at The Chocolatorium is in order, and yes, it's as delicious as it sounds!

 

 

Day 9 | Following breakfast we will travel to East Aurora, NY, where we'll spend the evening.

 

Day 10 | We will visit the Made in America Store in the morning. This huge store sells only 100% American Made Products, including the packaging items are in! Then, we will travel to Wheeling, WV, for our evening's stay.

 

Day 11 | We will travel home full of fantastic Fall Foliage memories!
