Join us on a timeless adventure to see Europe as it’s meant to be seen— from the banks of its majestic second-longest river. Your journey begins in Budapest, Hungary, the “Pearl of the Danube.” Take in the city’s stunning architecture and abundant history before cruising on to Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. Hike to lofty Bratislava Castle or take a guided stroll to view the city’s quaint streets and grand St. Martin’s Cathedral.

 

Next, it’s on to Vienna. Enjoy a guided visit to the House of Strauss, or perhaps venture to Schönbrunn Palace, the former imperial summer home of the Habsburg Monarchy.

 

From here, proceed to Dürnstein, Austria, where you’ll hear the legendary tale of King Richard the Lionheart, who was imprisoned there during the Crusades. Cruise along to Ybbs, Austria, to tour a castle or a Benedictine Abbey. Continue to Linz, Austria, to visit the grand medieval square, or venture to Salzburg, Mozart’s home.

 

Then, it’s on to Passau, the “City of Three Rivers.” Explore the cobblestone streets and galleries before docking overnight in Vilshofen. Step back in time in Regensburg’s historic lanes and squares before cruising to Prague, Czech Republic.

 

Stay for two nights in Europe’s Golden City, known for its remarkably preserved historic architecture. Enjoy guided tours of notable spots, and free time to explore the city’s Gothic cathedrals, grand castles, and great cuisine. Perhaps you’ll stop to see the hourly show at the medieval Astronomical Clock, or discover the city’s Old Town Square.
